of the most frequently heard worries from folks considering WLS is ‘I’m
not ready to give up my favorite foods, or good food for that matter!’
This is a very real concern and one that keeps some from going through
with this life-saving, life-changing treatment for Morbid Obesity.
It is true that there are foods that will need to be avoided as they can either make you ill or hinder your weight loss. There are foods that may be triggers for you, that once eaten – even a bite – may cause a craving for more and, sometimes, lead to a binge of monumental proportions.
