Once you try this dish you will never again have to give thought to what to eat for breakfast!   A good food in your new life that you can love as much as a bad food in your old life.  A perfect treat for dessert that is delicious and satisfying.

1/2 cup Polly-O part skim milk ricotta
4 whole Strawberries
2 teaspoons Splenda Granulated

Place ricotta in a shallow dish and sprinkle with Splenda. Mash berries with a fork and pour over ricotta.
